Asparagus soup (weight watcher), New
England clam soup, yogurt soup, cucumber soup,

ENTREES
Boiled Meat - Old Fashioned
1 kg meat filet (square cut)
1.5 cups of wheat powder
1 trunk of Garlic
1 of medium size Bombay Onion, slashed
1 tablespoon of sugar
1.5 tablespoons of Paprika powder
6 medium size of carrots
0.25 kg of Red Onion
2 tablespoons of Sesame Oil
2 cups of hot water
1 cup of Worcestershire sauce
1-2 of bay leaves
1 spoon of salt
0.5 tablespoon of Pepper
0.5 teaspoon of Clove
3 medium size of Potatoes (square cut)
Fry meat fillet (after stirring them in
a paper bag with wheat powder). Turn them over
repeatedly in the fry pan with sesame oil (sesame oil is
free of harmful cholesterol/LDL).
Add boiling, Worcester sauce, Garlic, large Onion, and
Bay Leaves.
Close and prepare them under small flame for 1 1/2 hours
and intermittently stir them for they would sticky .
Take Bay Leaves and Garlic from them, add Carrots, Large
Onion and Potatoes.
Close and prepare them for 30 minutes untuil well done.
Take meat and vegetables, prepare sauces from the
remaining liquid.
For 6 - 8 serving
Fried Chili-Meat
0.25 kg of meat filet,cook and slash it
2 medium size tomatoes, cut them
0.5 inchi of ginger, scratch
0.5 teaspoon of salt
0.8 teaspoon of saffron powder
2 large Bombay Onion, slash them
4-6 cayenne peppers, longitudinally
slashed
3-4 garlic, crush
2-3 tablespoons of sesame oil (sesame
oil is free of harmful cholesterol /LDL).
Fry the Onion and all of food ingredients until they
appear yellowish in color. Add tomatoes and cayenne
peppers, fry for a few seconds. Put meat and salt into
the ingredients and cook them again slowly until the all
yellowish in color. Serve them with French fries or
rice.
Swiss
Steak
1 kg of meat fillet of 2.5 - 5 cm thickness
1 teaspoon of salt
0.5 cup of wheat flour
0.5 teaspoon of pepper
2 cups of tomatoes
1 green chili large, grinded if you wish to
1 large onion, grinded
Mix the wheat flour, salts and peppers. Apply the meat
into wheat flour ingredients and fry it in shortening
pan until it colored brownish.
Mix tomatoes, onions and green chili large, prepare
(cook) and pour it on the top of the meat, close and
prepare it in the oven under 350˚F for
1.5 -2 hours or until they softened.
For 6 person serving.
Fried Steak
1 kg of meat fillet
1 teaspoon salt
0.5 teaspoon of pepper
1 cup of wheat flour
2 stirred eggs
0.5 cup of milk
0.5 cup of sesame oil (sesame oil is free of harmful
cholesterol/LDL)
Cut the meat in the square forms. Apply the meats into
the mix of eggs and non-fat milk and salt and pepper
mixture.
Fry them on hot cooking oil.
Place them on the paper sheet until the oil dried. Store
them in the refrigerator if you do not wish to serve
them immediately, for it could be serve as a barbeque
sandwich, or mix them with 1 can of mushroom soup and
serve them with rice.
For 6-8 persons serving.
Stroganoff
0.75 kg meat fillet, slashed
1 cups of mushroom
1 can (10 ounces) of mushroom soup
1 cup of sour cream
1.5 tablespoon of tomato ketchup
1 (8 ounces) pack of noodles, cook
1 large onion, slashed
1 garlic, grinded
0.5 teaspoon of garlic powder
0.5 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
Fry meat with small amount of cooking oil, add onion and
garlic, fry them all until perfectly hardening. Add the
remaining ingredients except noodle. Cook them under
small flame until the sauce was sticky. (You may add
0.25 cup of rose wine). Pour the sauce over the well
done noodle, but you should add it still hot.
For 4-6 persons serving.

Roast Potato and
Pumpkin
Ingredients:
0.5 kg Potato
0.5 kg Butternut Pumpkin
2 tbl spoon olive oil
salt
pepper
pinch of paprika powder
mixed herbs (or any herbs you like)
Wash potato
well, and diced. No need to skinned if you wash them
well.
peel and seeded pumpkin, diced.
put all ingredients into bowl, mix until potatoes and
pumpkin are coated with oil and herbs
roast in pre heated 180C oven for 50 mins.
Chicken Piccatta
12 oz
chicken breasts
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/4cup lemon juice
1/4 cup flour
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/3 cup capers
1 can artichoke hearts (packed in water, not oil)
1 package sliced mushrooms
Coat chicken
with flour. In a large skillet, cook garlic and oil over
moderate heat,
stirring constantly, until garlic is pale gold. Add
chicken and brown 2-3 minutes on
each side. Add lemon juice, artichokes, capers and
mushrooms. Simmer, covered, for
about 30-35 minutes. Turn and baste the chicken
occasionally. Cook until chicken
juices run clear.
4 servings, 5 POINTS each
If you have never tried capers (I hadn't), this is a
great way to start. They add a nice
spiciness to the sauce. DH loves this dish!
