Salad Dressing: celery seed salad dressing, sour cream salad dressing, onion dressing, Russian dressing, thousand island dressing, blue cheese dressing, fruit cocktail dressing, etc

Others: batter for bisquick mix, parmesan bread, cranberry bread, bisquick pancake, bisquick waffles, etc

Soup:  Asparagus soup (weight watcher), New England clam soup,  yogurt soup, cucumber soup, Gazpacho-soup,mushroom soup, fish cream soup + salsa fria, etc

Banana Orange Smoothie

 

100g Banana

2 sweet Orange (juice)

2 teaspoon of Lime

2 tablespoons non-fat milk

 

Blend all ingredients, store in the refrigerator, and ready to serve.

150g Mango

3 teaspoons non-fat milk

1 cup grinded ice cube      

                          

 

Blend all ingredients, ready to serve.

 

 

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

  50g Banana

100cc Yogurt

1 cup grinded ice cube

                 

 

Blend all of the ingredients and ready to serve

 

 

Apple Strawberry Juice

 

150 g Apple

100g Strawberry

4 tablespoons Yogurt

1 cup grinded ice cube

 

 

Blend all of the ingredients and ready to serve

 

 

Apple Pear Juice

 

100g Apple

100g Pear

2 teaspoons lime juice

 

 

Blend all of the ingredients and cool them in the refrigerator, ready to serve.

 

 

Papaya Orange Juice

 

150g Papaya

2 Orange (juice)

 

 

Blend all and cool them in the refrigerator, ready to serve.

 

 

Papaya Lime Juice

 

150g Papaya

2 teaspoons Lime juice

Dietary sugar (optional) as necessary

1 cup grinded ice cube

 

 

Blend all of the ingredients and ready to serve.

 

 

Banana Pear Strawberry Smoothie

50g Banana
